Leadership and advancement are essential aspects of Scouting, which focus on personal growth and experiential learning. Scouting includes ranks, leadership positions, board review, the advancement process, advancement as a means to an end, personal growth, and experiential learning.

Scouting is a youth movement that offers a variety of activities, including outdoor adventures, service projects, merit badge-earning, and leadership development.
Merit Badges
Merit badges are awards given to Boy Scouts of America members for completing a specific topic’s requirements. The program’s purpose is to help Scouts explore subjects they might want to pursue as careers or vocation.
